Employee assistance shouldn't wait for employees to ask for help

Traditional EAPs park services on a shelf and wait for employees to speak up, so most people never bother. We do it the other way round: we read each person's situation from their screening data and put the right options in front of them. And the options go well beyond counseling — fitness, stress relief, hands-on workshops, family days, learning, and more.

From abnormal screening results to service matching

Start From Data

Employees complete their health screening (in Hi-Checkup / Hi-Work settings), and health risks are already structured in the platform.

Match the Right Options

Options are matched to each person. For the body, there's nutrition, exercise, physical therapy, and massage; to recharge, there's hands-on workshops, travel, and courses; for the family, there's family days, parent-child activities, and childcare or elder-care support. Counseling is in the mix too, but wrapped in "living better," so no one feels labeled.

Label-Free Use

Employees choose for themselves. Employers only ever see population-level usage statistics and health risk structure (Population Insights) — never individual lists.

Privacy & Trust

Privacy protection designed into the data layer

Individual and Employer Reporting Separated

Individual usage records and employer reports are separated at the data layer; the employer side sees group statistics only.

Medical-Grade Data Governance

The same data governance approach we apply when serving medical institutions: SMART on FHIR certified by Taiwan's MOHW, with security controls built referencing the principles of ISO 27001/27701 (certification in progress).

Self-Hosted Deployment

Deployable in the enterprise's or medical institution's own environment, so data never leaves the governed boundary.
